Just watched a segment during the Preview Show about 9/11 and how patriotic the athletes felt during the 2002 Winter Olympics in Utah.
Really? I mean we get it. Communist China is the enemy. We understand the boycott. But why bring up 9/11?? What relavence does it bring here in 2022? China didn't even attack us for godsakes.
All of these old olympiad's going down memory lane talking about the pride they felt that year and George Bush officially opening the olympic games.
The whole segment just felt odd and out of place.
